A Los Angeles native, Mr. Maron has been practicing exclusively family law since he joined Jaffe and Clemens in 2006. Todd’s legal career started at the prestigious law firm of Irell & Manella following an impressive academic career. Todd received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from top-ranked New York University School of Law.
At Irell & Manella, Todd handled a wide-range of commercial litigation matters, from securities fraud to intellectual property to entertainment and more. After earning his stripes as a litigator, Todd sought to translate his skills to a practice focused on clients going through significant personal challenges, which is what prompted his move to Jaffe and Clemens.
As a family law attorney, Todd combines his business litigation experience, diligence, attention to detail and love of writing, with a caring personal touch. He has two young children of his own, so he has a particular appreciation for the significance of “family” in family law cases.
Todd’s mission is to help his clients resolve cases amicably and efficiently, preferably through settlement, and in the unfortunate event where settlement proves impossible, then through trial.
